To begin a Miralax Prep, you will need to discontinue taking any iron medications or multivitamins with iron 5-7 days beforehand. Three days before the procedure, please stop eating raw vegetables, any food with seeds, popcorn, nuts and stop taking fiber supplements. The day before the procedure, you will be on a clear liquid diet, and you will need four Dulcolax or Bisacodyl 5 mg laxative tablets, a 238 gm bottle of Miralax and a 64 oz. bottle of Gatorade or Propel Fitness Water.
